What happens after you press send

We do not run a pipeline. There is no qualification call, no discovery deck, and nobody whose job is to keep you warm.

  1. STEP 01

    A partner reads it

    Not a coordinator, and not an inbox rota. Freya or Sindre reads every brief that arrives, usually within a few hours of it landing.

  2. STEP 02

    A named reply, within a day

    Including the noes. If this is not work we should take, you get told why and, where we can, who to ask instead.

  3. STEP 03

    Thirty minutes, technical

    The first call is with the people who would do the work. Bring the architecture, the constraint and the deadline.

  4. STEP 04

    Fixed-price discovery

    Two to four weeks, ending in a written report: the system as it actually is, the options, the risks and the number. It is yours whether or not you continue with us.
